Fancy Fish – Melbourne Food & Wine Festival

For the opening weekend of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival South Wharf hosted Fancy Fish, a sustainable seafood event. On offer was a free taste tester from some of Melbourne’s fanciest chefs including Mark Briggs, Kengo Hiromatsu, Vasilios Donoudis, Justin Dingle-Garciyya, Rodney Shah, David Falson and James Wilkinson.

Despite the typical Melbourne weather of rain one day followed by beautiful sunny skies the next, the turnout was terrific and all our taste testers loved their treats with many wandering down to visit the venues to feast on a full size serving and perhaps find a new favourite restaurant. We’re already looking forward to next year’s festival!
