Possibly one of the youngest bartenders in Melbourne, 19-year old Jason has been working in hospitality for two years. He is about to head off to Europe on a one-way ticket and this enterprising young man has already lined himself up some gigs.
Jason is really easygoing and will make ‘anything’ and his favourite meal on The Common Man’s menu is ‘everything’. But if he had to narrow it down it would be his Aussie pizza which is ironically off-the-menu – the topping combination is his own creation. In exchange for making the chef coffees Jason will settle down after a shift with a Brunswick Bitter and an Aussie pizza consisting of bacon, pancetta, ham, bocconcini, parmesan, oregano and an egg.
