The Sharing House

The Sharing House is the latest from Paul Mathis, Melbourne’s much-loved restaurateur. Mark Briggs, previously Head Chef at Vue de Monde, has designed a menu to be enjoyed the European way – placed in the middle of the table for all to enjoy. Mark is focused on turning fresh local ingredients into elegant simple dishes, as well as favouring European classics including Moules Mariniere and Lobster Thermidor.
