Introducing … Audrey Hervé – Venue Manager – The Sharing House

As the name suggests the lovely Audrey is French. An avid traveller Audrey left Brittany ten years ago and has been living in Melbourne for two years after stints in England and Singapore.

Having worked in fine dining for years Audrey is really enjoying The Sharing House’s casual service style instilled with a high level of attention to detail. Another bonus to her new workplace is spending time with close friend, head chef Mark Briggs who she shares the same vision of ‘fun dining’ rather than ‘fine dining’.

If Audrey ever feels like she’s missing home she orders the Moules Marinère – a dish that ‘takes her back home’. Mark Briggs’ menu is a creative take on traditional dishes and Audrey loves this interpretation, as ‘every dish is fun and interesting’. Audrey wishes for diners to relax, enjoy and be taken on a journey with their meal. And it will be a fun one at that
