Sampling all of the cocktails at South Wharf Promenade is a tough gig, but someone had to do it and that someone is us. We proudly present six of South Wharf’s top cocktails.
Tequila Coco at The Chihuahua Bar
Give your tastebuds a slap with this concoction of Blanco tequila, 1800 Coconut Tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice and orgeat syrup.
Pineapple Sangrita at The Chihuahua Bar
Fruit-tay! Sweet as and packing a potent punch, the Pineapple Sangrita will set the mood for dancing. The Chihuahua house mix of mint, coriander, pineapple juice, jalapenos, cucumber and agave syrup is shaken with Blanco tequila and piled into a tall glass.
White Gin Fizz at Plus 5
Created by Plus 5 bar-magician Alessandro, this refreshing little lady is a perfect blend of Beefeater Gin, fresh lemon juice, and lemon sorbet topped with soda water. Hello Summer.
Rose Petal Martini at Plus 5
Stop and smell the roses, or at least bring this gorgeous glass to your nostrils and inhale the scent of true love. Beefeater Gin, Cranberry juice and rose and lychee syrup give this girl her magic touch.
Some Say It’s Wicked at Vessel
Vessel is the home of very grown-up cocktails, shaken with conviction by seriously good bartenders like Roy. Some Say It’s Wicked is his invention and brings together Havana Especial Rum, Domaine Decanton Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white in a perfect tango.
Stories of Old at Vessel
Who looks good in yellow? Nobody except this cocktail, that’s who. A perfect antidote to Wednesdays, Stories of Old dials up Tanqueray Gin, Yellow Chartreuse and Orange Bitters. Exhale and enjoy.
