Australia Day at South Wharf Promenade

There’s plenty to see and do at South Wharf Promenade this Australia Day! And with a holiday on Monday, you can enjoy a day out Sunday and a sleep in Monday!

The Boatbuilders’ Yard are screening the Australian Open Men’s Finals LIVE, together with playing Triple J’s Hottest 100 live countdown. Aperol Sunset Sessions kick off at 2pm and the Big Aussie BBQ is open all long weekend.

The Bohemian are throwing one of their Sangria Sundays. It may not be typically Aussie, but it will be $20 sangria jugs until 6pm and $12 beer jugs from 3pm-6pm with live music to boot from 3pm! Open 12pm-1opm.

Tennis Live Site in The Common Man front yard will be laying out the deck chairs and setting up fantastic pop-up restaurants and bars. Grab yourself a riverside possie and take in the tennis in the sunshine.  

Gasolina is holding a first birthday festival on Australia Day – with a custom and old skool motorbike show and a great line-up of live music that goes a little something like:

5pm ~ Double Black
9pm ~ The Mighty Kings
